Our continued success has driven the company to grow by around 20% year-on-year, creating an exciting opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires strong organisation, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering an excellent experience for both candidates and stakeholders. As part of this team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Actica attracts and hires the exceptional technical talent that underpins our mission-critical work.
You will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to support and deliver recruitment across graduates and entry-level consultant roles, contributing to the continued growth of the business.
You will be based out of our Guildford office, located on the Surrey Research Park, where you will join a small, energetic and collaborative team with high standards and strong stakeholder engagement. We operate a hybrid working model, combining time in the office with the flexibility to work from home.
Roles and responsibilities
You will support and deliver the full 360 recruitment lifecycle of our graduate and entry level consultant hiring, ensuring a smooth and professional experience of candidates and hiring managers.
Strategic and Growth Focused Activities
- Contributing to the development of direct sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent
- Supporting the growth of Actica’s social media footprint and employer brand
- Attending job fairs, university events and recruitment events to represent Actica and build talent pipelines
- Building and maintaining relationships with key universities and educational establishments
- Contributing ideas and supporting continuous improvement of recruitment processes
Recruitment Delivery
- Supporting and delivering the end-to-end recruitment process for graduates, entry level consultants and interns
- Conducting candidate screening calls and assessing suitability for roles
- Managing candidate pipelines and applications through our
- Applicant Tracking System: Pinpoint
- Posting vacancies across relevant online job boards and sourcing platforms
- Co-ordinating and booking interviews with candidates and hiring manager
- Acting as a point of contact for candidates, agencies and internal stakeholders
- Providing interview feedback and maintaining a positive candidate experience
- Supporting the onboarding process for successful candidates
Recruitment Coordination and Administration
- Logging applications and maintaining accurate candidate record
- Managing candidate correspondence throughout the recruitment process
- Preparing recruitment reports and maintaining accurate recruitment data
- Providing general recruitment administration and support to the Talent Acquisition Team
- Supporting other recruitment related activities and responsible duties as required
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We’re looking to connect with candidates who have experience working as an in-house recruiter, particularly focused on early careers hiring. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong interest in technology, ideally with experience recruiting for tech roles. This position suits someone with a few years of graduate or early careers recruitment experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.
