Units ranging in size from 160 to 880 square feet (15 – 82 sq.m) are fitted to quality office standards with carpet, heating, lighting and a 13 amp ring main. Units may also be adapted to create wet laboratories for some technologies.

All offices lead off from spacious central corridors.

The building stands on its own site at the entrance to the 28.5 Ha (70 acre) Surrey Research Park.

Units are finished to an office standard with carpet, suspended ceiling, heating and lighting. A telephone system (including handsets) and internet provision are also included in the price.The majority of units include a kitchenette and air conditioning. In addition, units have a water supply and draining point and in some cases the opportunity for fume extraction if required. Electricity used in each unit is metered and then billed for by the Centre.

Each unit is serviced to assist new businesses by releasing companies from both the task of managing property and the burden of providing such facilities as an internet connections,fax, photocopier and a telephone system.

Occupiers therefore have an excellent opportunity to start a business or develop an existing business in a prestigious environment without some of the significant costs associated with a start up position.

All units have dedicated parking included in the price of occupation. Those less than 350 sq.ft have one space (with one that is shared with its neighbour) and those over 350 sq.ft have three spaces. In addition there are 37 visitors and pool parking bays and access to road side parking in an unrestricted zone next to the building that is under the control of the Research Park Management.
