The Surrey Technology Centre
The Surrey Technology Centre provides space for small technology (research, development and design) companies in one of the most prestigious Science Parks in the UK.
Units ranging in size from 160 to 880 square feet (15 – 82 sq m) are fitted to quality office standards with carpet, heating, lighting and a 13 amp ring main. Units may also be used as wet laboratories for some technologies.
All offices lead off from spacious central corridors.
The building stands on its own site at the entrance to the 28.5 Ha (70 acre) Surrey Research Park.
