My involvement with the Park dates back to its origins in 1981 when I left an academic post with the University of Surrey to plan, develop and now manage the site.

We pioneered business incubation in the Park’s Surrey Technology Centre which we opened in 1986.

I also work as an expert on science and technology parks as instruments in economic development for UNESCO and United Nations Economic Commission to Europe.  I have commercial experience by creating and running and exiting two start-up companies.
