Whilst never losing sight of the need itself to operate as a business to ensure a stream of secure rental income, the Park's close proximity to the University makes it something of a nursery. The Surrey Technology Centre helps young technology-based businesses find their feet in a commercial environment and recruit the best of talent, while providing access to the excellent resources, both human and material, within the University.
